Assistant Director

We seek a highly motivated, experienced leader with prior teaching experience for our infant, toddler and preschool programs. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with parents, staff and children daily. Candidate must have three or more years of experience in the education field and have obtained or be working towards their bachelor’s in education. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing the highest quality program that meets all state licensing requirements, supervising and training a group of dedicated teachers, promoting professional development, providing tour of school to perspective parents and keeping students and staff files up to date.

Preschool Teacher

We are looking for experienced, dependable professional teachers to plan, implement, supervise, and participate in instructional hands on, age-appropriate thematic lessons for young children. The lessons planned are in various subject areas with a focus on literacy, social emotional, cognitive and motor skill development. Teachers will need to assist in providing parent education, parent involvement and perform a variety of duties relative to assigned area of responsibility. Ideal candidate should have at least two years of head teacher experience and their bachelor’s in education.

Infant and Toddler Teacher/ Teacher Assistants

We are seeking for kind, caring teachers with cheerful disposition and helpful attitude. Candidate must be an energetic team player and have experience working with infants and toddlers. Assistant teacher candidates must be willing to assist the head teacher with managing the students during projects and circle time activities. Responsibilities will also include assisting with teaching, leading of small and large groups, feeding and changing of children and making sure the classrooms are clean and orderly. Head infant and toddler teachers must have a minimum of an associate degree or be enrolled in a program working early childhood program.

Substitutes/Floaters

We are seeking for kind and caring educators who may only want to work part time as they may be retired from their careers, in school or only have an interest for working a few days out of the week. Candidate will be responsible for following teachers lesson plans, supervising and managing a classroom with the help of the assistant teacher. Candidates will work in the classroom that they are needed in for the day.
